Delete your Paquetería Ya account

You can request deletion without the mobile app installed. We verify your identity before accepting the request.

Deletion includes your personal account data and access to your businesses. Company delivery records, archives and legally required records follow the published retention policy; signing out or stopping use of the app does not delete that data.

If you are the sole owner, you can transfer the business to another member or request closure. Deleting an employee’s account does not cancel the employer’s subscription.
